Who we are
Cryptoheat is a product of Blueguards AB (org. nr 556819-8203), c/o Hamid Delalat, Sätergårdsvägen 12, 152 51 Södertälje, Sweden. Blueguards AB is the data controller for the personal data described here. Questions or requests: contact@blueguards.com.
The short version
- Using the Top 10 Builder needs no account, no cookies and no tracking.
- Your coin lists and locked theses stay in your own browser — we never receive them.
- We only store your email address if you sign up for emails, and only after you confirm it.
- You can unsubscribe with one click in any email, and your address is then deleted.
Email signup (milestone alerts and launch news)

We use double opt-in: after signing up you get an email with a confirmation link, and nothing else is sent until you click it.
Feature votes and feedback (CryptoHeat preview)
If you tap a feature vote or send a feedback message in the CryptoHeat preview, we store the vote or the text you wrote, with the time. No email address or name is attached, so please don't write personal details in the message. We use this only to decide what to build next and keep it until it is no longer useful, at most 2 years.
Abuse protection
To stop automated spam signups, votes and messages, we keep a one-way scrambled (salted hash) version of the IP address used, for at most 24 hours. It cannot be turned back into your IP address and is not linked to your email.
Data stored only in your browser
The Top 10 Builder saves your coin list, settings, locked theses and a short-lived price cache in your browser's local storage, so they are there when you come back. This data never leaves your device unless you choose to share it: a share link contains your list or thesis inside the link itself, so anyone you send it to can see it. Clear your browser's site data to remove it.

We do not use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies, and we never sell your data.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to withdraw consent, to object, and to data portability. Email contact@blueguards.com and we'll answer within one month. If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
